Landsat-8 VS Sentinel-2 Imagery: Study TO Determine High Resolution Imagery

Which is having better resolution: Landsat-8 or Sentinel-2 ?

Before that both of Imagery from different Agency Landsat data is provided from America and Sentinel data set provided by ESA.

The Landsat-8 which is having 30 meter resolution, If panchromatic band added maximum of 15 resolution is obtained. On the other-side Sentinel-2 Imagery is having 10 meter resolution. Sentinel-2 better for analysis because of it higher accurate information, resolution and its free of cost.
